Charmaine Cardozo

Charmaine Cardozo is a board certified pediatrician and a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. She completed her undergraduate education at the University of Michigan and attended Wayne State medical school. After finishing pediatric residency at Loyola University in Maywood, IL, Dr. Cardozo came to work at Children’s Wellness Center in 2006. She has four wonderful children, Evie, Griffin, Declan and Eloise. She enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and travel. She feels motherhood has made her a better pediatrician. Her special interests include newborn care and breastfeeding.
